Neil is a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with nearly 20 years consultancy experience and an extensive knowledge and understanding of the planning system.
Neil has successfully advised on a wide range of projects across the UK, for clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies, national and regional property developers to private individuals.
Neil has a proven track record in managing complex planning applications and appeals, appointing and leading multi-disciplinary consultancy teams on behalf of his clients.
Andrea Herrick – Senior Consultant
Andrea is a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 20 years planning experience, and has worked in both local government and senior roles in private consultancy across the UK.
Andrea has successfully advised a broad and diverse range of clients within the residential, leisure and commercial sectors. Her practical knowledge and experience of the planning system has enabled her clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Her experience includes providing planning advice to support site acquisitions and disposals, promotion of opportunities through the Local Plan process, and managing multi-disciplinary teams through the planning application process. Andrea has also successfully represented clients at appeal, including at Inquiry.
Andrea has a thorough knowledge of the planning system and prides herself on attention to detail.
