What we did
A joined-up approach was required for this mixed use project, due to its position in a Tier 2 Archaeological Priority Area and current commercial use. NL Planning worked with the consultant team to ensure all pre-app feedback was addressed and the resultant full application re-aligned to prove successful.
What we achieved
Planning permission successfully secured for nine residential units and 6,000sqft of commercial floorspace.
