Planning approval secured for the redevelopment of a former ambulance station site in Leatherhead to provide 6 new family homes.
What we did
A detail orientated approach was taken to ensure all feedback from previously submitted applications and the Planning Officer was addressed to ensure a successful outcome for this prime site. The application highlighted the positive contribution to local housing land supply and the local community arising from the proposed development, in an area with an acute shortage of housing land supply.
What we achieved
Planning permission secured, and conditions discharged to allow commencement of development, which began in summer 2025.
