Planning permission secured for the renovation and refurbishment of a locally listed Barn in a Conservation Area to provide 5 new family homes in Worsthorne, near Burnley.
What we did
NL Jones Planning managed the consultant team including design and heritage advisors from an initial pre-application consultation and on-site meeting with the Planning and Heritage Officers, to full application coordination to ensure a positive outcome and a sensitive conversion of this locally listed barn. During the process, pre-app feedback was addressed and the amendments made were received positively, working together with the Planning Authority to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all parties.
What we achieved
Full planning permission secured, and the development is currently underway following successful management of the discharge of pre-commencement conditions.
