S73 planning approval for 28 new family homes at Pendle Farm within a conservation area in Worsthorne, near Burnley.
What we did
NL Jones Planning prepared a S73 application for amendments to an existing planning permission previously for 28 houses on an agricultural site. The amendments were required to ensure that the scheme was viable and deliverable and could achieve the standards required by developer Verity & Co Homes. Discharge of conditions was also successful managed to facilitate a start on site
What we achieved
Approval secured, and conditions discharged, the development is currently underway.
